Pathetic Customer Service

I have ordered a 20kg bag of pebbles on the 17th of September and on the 18th when I tracked my order, it said Processing. Since then it did not change, I have send numerous emails with no reply whatsoever. Last week I called them and they said that I will receive it on Monday the 5th of October. NO FEEDBACK AT ALL, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Oder number: 3684
