Garden Not Goods

No delivery from 10 Jan and no contact. When I phone Terence is hostile and aggressive but says I can get a refund if I send my bank details. I don't think so. I am going through the online ***** services at Standard Bank and FNB but there are a lot of hoops to jump through. Maybe if everyone takes action something will be done - why are they allowed to continue operating for years...? It's just theft and everyone knows about it but nothing happens.
