Garden Goods a bunch of ********!

I wish I would have read up about this place before purchasing goods! I placed an order on may 5th and I still haven't received my goods. I've been asking for a refund as there was some excuse given to me by this person named Terrance. I've been waiting 2 weeks for this refund! How can these people still be operating after *****ing people's money? I will be opening a case against these *********!
