Poor, unreliable service and commitments.

Order fertilizer online 24 Feb 2021. Delivery promised 8 Feb, latest 9 Feb. Nothing....Their website states delivery between 5-10 days from payment received. Now going for 2 weeks. The lady said the fertilizer is still at the warehouse....I frequently buy items online and even deliveries 600 km away from me take 1-2 days. This is poor service and even after their own commitment nothing happened- no call to explain....just plain nothing. Another *******???
