Horrific experience before my wedding

I'm from Jhb but was getting married in Dbn on Sun 14 of Dec '14 & wanted silk floral arrangements done for our two wedding cars. Garden Gate Florist was nearby to where I was staying & telephonically confirmed that they do silk arrangements. I had gone there on Thurs 11 Dec & explained to the lady Shaaziya exactly what I wanted. I even went to the extreme of going with her to her car parked at the back of her shop to show her how I wanted the floral arrangements & where they would go on the cars. She claimed to know exactly what I wanted, called her price & I had immediately paid her R1500 in full upfront. She said to pick it up on Sat 13 Dec. Something told me to just pop in the next day on Fri 12 Dec only to find to my absolute horror that she had not only used the wrong flowers as they would scratch the cars but she was making the arrangements in such a way that they could not be mounted onto the cars. I was extremely shocked, disappointed & stressed. She said that she didn't know how else to get it done & could not help me. I demanded a refund & she was rude & argued with me. I only got back R1000 50 days later after chasing her and even threatening her to refund me. DISGUSTED
