Please be careful when dealing with this company and in particular the owner. Whilst I think Sarah has a lot of good ideas and knowledge. She lacks the professionalism and client centricity when dealing with conflicts. She also promotes her abilities to do a full garden spec but cannot support garden edging and paving. She is disrespectful of budgets. And all prices I saw were completely outside of market related prices. We eventually did our garden with another professional for 50% cheaper than Garden Gallery. Sarah locks you into a contract and design fee - which at first I thought was transparent and structured, but actually I felt quite trapped in the end and wished I had shopped around more. She withheld our design fee after we paid, post letting us know she could not deliver or manage our full garden requirements. She was extremely rude and abrupt when I tried to bring her back to budget. I found her response to be very childish and snotty. She suggested plants that were poisonous to neighbor dogs and children. And after no presentment of any designs we decided the service was not for us as the working relationship together the deliver was weak. Sarah refused to handle the conflict by discussing a settlement and way forward. The sentiment is one where you feel she believes herself to be so much bigger and better than you and your project. I’m sure everyone’s experience may differ. I felt this was serious enough to share our bad one.
