Garden Court South Beach's Rude Receptionist!

There is an Indian Lady by the name of Sharon. Very mean, unfriend and rude.She was assisting us with checking-in. She had an attitude and never told us anything with regards to the facilities the hotel also offered. Was shocked to hear when I was checking out that the hotel has gym when I overheard another friendly receptionist assisting her guest. When I told them about my experience with Sharon the rest of the receptionist working that morning where not shock. Guys it's sad that a hotel that has very good facilities and resources can be brought down by one rotten potatoe.
