GARDEN COURT SOUTH BEACH DURBAN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On the 22 March 2023, I wrote a review (complaint) about the abovementioned hotel. Their GM, by the name of Portia, called few days afterwards and said I must give her sometime, (i.e. till end of week in MARCH 2023) to sort out the issue. I have explained AGAIN to her what has transpired. She said the refund has been and she will find out why I did not receive it. TILL TODAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN ISSUE THAT TOOK PLACE ON THE "23 DECEMBER 2022" TO BE FINALISED!! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SOUTHERN SUN HOTEL TO PROCESS A REFUND?

I FIRSTLY DEALT WITH THEIR MANAGER, SANJIV NUNDLAL, I RECEIVED NO JOY!! NOW GM, STILL NO JOY!! WHO IS NEXT THAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH??
