Dissatisfied with the state of the Hotel

Came to stay there for a disability forum, the space is clean and decent but its the carpets in the rooms or the passages that seem like they have not been cleaned in a long time and random exposed lights in the rooms...the bedding,bed and towels are this hotels saving grace. Thier lifts do not have a voice that let's you know which floor you are in should you have a an eye impairment. Some water just a bottle could go a long way as part of the amenities
