Dirty hotel with cheap service

Most of the staff is friendly and beach view is beautiful. But the interior of the hotel... the carpets in the rooms, corridors and everywhere else, they are stuffy with dirty stains everywhere and they stink. The bathroom is too clustered, too small. This hotel could do with some renovation. The air conditioning system is terrible, doesn't work properly. The underground parking smells terrible. My daughter was told to return a cupcake she took from breakfast, just imagine!
