Bad Service

I am here with my colleagues for a writing retreat amd the place is so not okay. 1. They do not supply us with bottled water, while they are aware that Polokwane water has issues. Even in the bedrooms we have to drink water feom the bathroom. 2. Housekeeping knocks at our doors at 8am while we are showering. And does not clean perfectly well. 3. The food gave us diarrhea and does not have flavour.
