Poor Guest Care; OR Tambo Garden Court

So, I was a guest at OR Tambo Garden Court from 23rd to 26th June 2026. I crafted an e-mail to this provided address: ***, in which I expressed my disappointment regarding the quality and comfort of the beds as experienced on my very 1st night. Room 402 which I was allocated, was equipped with two separate ¾ beds, whose mattresses were uncomfortably too soft, sagging, with compromised lack of sufficient sleeping space for an adult my body size. As a result, even simple movements such as turning during the night became extremely uncomfortable and disruptive to sleep. The inadequate support provided by the mattresses made it difficult to achieve a restful night’s sleep, which is a fundamental expectation when staying in a hotel. I actually had to merge the two beds myself in the middle of the night, seeking to at least maximise sleeping space. Given the importance of guest comfort and wellbeing, I respectfully aut****d an e-mail to the provided address on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 6:00 AM requesting that management review the condition and suitability of these beds and mattresses. As at 23:06; 24 June 2026, the hotel’s management had not still “at least” acknowledged my request e-mail and seek to resolve my raised issue(s). I find that this a sheerful and arrogant posture by the hotel’s management. The least was for the hotel’s administrators to acknowledge and offer some redress. Ratsietsi -wa- Makua ***
