My horrible experience at Garden Court Nelson Mandela Boulevard Cape Town South Africa

I was in Cape for work and I was booked at Garden Court Nelson Mandela Boulevard. In the even I went for dinner in the hotel dining room. When I entered the hotel dining room I was promised that a waiter would and attend me. However, no one came to attend to me, even when I called the waiters asking for a s**** and the two soft drinks they were supposed to give me, no one came. After an hour, a female waiter came to take my order for drinks, and after taking it, she also disappeared. I ended up leaving the dining room without any waiter assisting me and without the two soft drinks my company paid for.
