Horrible experience

I've never had such horrible experience before at any hotel, paying R3400 per night for a dirty mouldy carpet hotel, only 1 towel was served yet we are 2 and me my wife, there was no kettle,double bed inside, very old furniture, water kept changing from hot to cold while bathing, old style 40 inch tv, food was even worse with long que....even after reporting the matters,towels were never added,they never brought kettle, paying R3400 a night and be told you won't get a fridge in a room because it R50 a day and they have ran out of all fridges, my fruits and juices were spoiled...why would they escalate prices while having such a horrible treatment with all style aircorn.
