Garden Court East London - Shocking

There should be a option for no stars on Hello Peter, because thats what the Garden Court East London deserve!! After an exhausting days work, I ordered a 300g medium-rare steak from the “In-room” menu. When I received it, it was way past well done. After one bite, I called reception and complained about the steak, and asked them to come and fetch the steak because I ordered a medium-rare. After about 45mins I still haven’t received a new medium-rare steak. Nobody even apologized or worse, brought me any new food. I left the hotel, and got McDonalds for supper. This is the worst service ever!!! Shame on you Garden Court East London!!!
