Unbelievable

<p>Basically my Mother, took her Mercedes Sprinter for a service at Garden city motors, they informed her that she needs to change the Tiiming chain and it costed her more than R24,000.00 she tried to source the money and asked them to change it the car was ok when she took it in but after that "timing chain change" the car started losing power and was finishing off the coolant. now my mom does not know these things and asked me to accompany her to go and ask them why is the car doing this now? the Person that dealt with us did everything he could to protect his fellow workers and said they did not do anything,etc. we told him that the car was fine why is it now that they change the timing chain the car is now problematic? they booked it in again and I dont know what they did but the same day the power was ok. but the following day the car is losing water from the water pump. I don't know if they did something to the water pump when they were changing the chain or what. so my plea is that Garden Motors fix whatever they did wrong during the service of my Mother's Sprinter bus because its what brings food to her table, I don't know weather they taking adavantage because she is a woman and do not know anything about cars or technology. the person we dealt with was arrogant too and was always busy with calls when we were speaking to him, even when we finished its like we sat there and he ignored us and we had no option but to leave the place, continued to ignore us even when we were coming out of his office. I am dissapointed because this is a Merecedes Benz franchise ansd the service was so unbelievable.</p>
