Still no improvement

We took our car back after the workshop have replaced the wrong part. On our arrival we spoke to the workshop manager who was very sarcastic and unfriendly, as if it is our fault that they replaced the wrong part and can't do their jobs properly. I am so unhappy and dissatisfied with garage we never receive good service. I which there were another Mercedes garage in the the lowveld
