Pathetic service from Jeep dealership in Nelspruit

My Jeep has been with this agency for the past 14 days to replace a simple gasket. They have done the equivalent of about 3 hours of work. The rest of the time has been waiting for parts allegedly, waiting for an outside third party to flush the system, etc....

They do not phone you to keep you up to date. If you don't enquire you will not know anything.

This is easily the worst dealership that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. And they sell vehicles like Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, etc.....

Pathetic......
