Horrible service from workshop manager at Mercedes Benz

Extremely poor service from Mercedes Benz Garden city. The manager has no customer service experience. I spilled water on my 2022 AMG A45 I was told to take the car to a carwash for them to vaccine, although the Mercedes benz breakdown guys told me that there are compartments in the car where the water spilled.
