Garden City Motors - No Insurance for Customer Vehicles in their Possession

My vehicle was damaged during a hailstorm whilst being serviced by Garden City Motors. They have asserted that they shall not be liable for the costs of repair as this was an act of God. I proceeded to submit content in this regard via social media, to which, they issued a lawyer's letter to me. Frankly, current and future potential customers of this dealership ought to be made aware of how they would be treated in similar circumstances. They need to be made aware that Garden City Motors will do anything necessary to absolve themselves from any responsibilities towards their customers in matters such as these. With this said, I decided to compile the recording of when I took delivery of my AMG after the hailstorm during December 2021. They also advise that they cannot specify whether my vehicle was parked safely or not. There's a wealth of information which one can conclude on based on this recording, and as a result, I encourage all current and future clients to be aware of these issues.
