Broken car
1 year ago my hubby surprised me with my dream car Merc GLE43 coupe. We were told it was a DP driven car and well taken care of. Yeah right!!! My car goes in to Merc every other month for some or the other issue!? First the radio switched off on it's own, then when charging my phone, this alone to about 3 months to get sorted. During the same period my car made a funny noise when going around corners, this took almost 6 months to sort out. I could have been involved in a serious accident with what was wrong! Who would have taken responsibility??? Several parts were replaced and the problem just got worse and worse. I was told I'm imagining it. Even though they heard the noise. Month after month I had to go back, leaving my car there at times for more than a week! 3 months ago my car started losing power whilst driving and then accelerated, almost like it took a deep breath. Whilst driving a back road due to violent strikes my car went a stood still, then not driving more tha 20km/h, jerking. I just started sobbing. I was told as long as the light is orange I could drive. At the garage I was told the timing was out! This a car that went in for a service 1 since I got it! This would fix the issue. Well a month later I was back as it still lost power. I was told nothing wrong and as long as there is no enjin light burning they can't find a problem. Well guess what! Last Friday on our way to town the light came on, jerking and 1 of the 6 cylinders not working?♂️. So I get a call today o we are replacing a faulty fuse and some coils, the car should be fine after this. I love my car but I don't want it! How can I trust that there's not going to be another problem? What happens when we drive at night, I drive alone or we're pulling our boat? Hie can I trust a car that there is always something wrong with? It is a ? Mercedes Benz!!! I might as well give it back and walk because it's more with them than with me. I can't anymore. I'm so tired of walking in there. I'm scared to drive my car. My heart is broken!
