No body to deal with enquiries or sales

Do not try to contact this company by phone/cell for parts or spares. I called at 15:30 on a week day and waited for more than 30mins before being cut off. This happened twice. I tried again the next day at 08:35 and was asked to call back later as no one was available at their spares department. My possible sale would not have changed the bottom line of the company but what about all the other sales missed. Maybe hard times for this company is closer than they realize.
