Extremely disgruntled and frustrated customer

Garden City Motors Body Repair Centre in Clough Street, Pietermaritzburg is the worst panel shop you can take your vehicle to for repairs. My vehicle was there for a total of approximately 9 weeks for repairs after I had an accident. All the parts to be replaced came direct from Toyota so there was minimal actual panel beating. After backwards and forwards I finally got my vehicle back 9 weeks later, on t17 May. To our dismay we get a call from the workshop manager today (29 May) apologizing that they forgot to put the exhaust heat shield back on. This is after driving my vehicle to Durban and back these 2 days as I work in Durban. This is totally unacceptable and I am beyond frustrated with their appalling service. The details of my vehicle for their reference is a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid (White)
