Bad choice of developer- Capedev homes

<p>To appoint a developer with promises of honesty, quality and great spaces, is utter nonsense. As a resident of Victoria park,Somerset west this is a bunch of lies being sold to the public. I don't understand how a building inspector or NHBRC can approve an unfinished house or a house that has not been build according to approved plans. I would not recommend the developer Capedev homes as a honest, quality nor reliable company.</p>
