<div>I bought a chainsaw MS381 on the 3 February 2022 after being told that the machine is the same as STIHL from the above mentioned company. I was told that if the machine has a problem I must return it. Unfortunately the machine worked for less than 30 minutes and I returned the machine on the 8 February 2022 for repair or replacement. Initially I was to that the saw dust on the machine shows that I was negligent which I argued and the guy by the name of Deon said he will open and check. After some days he called me to tell me that I put the wrong oil in the machine which was not true. We engaged each other with SMSES and he ended blocking me.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
