Online order via Facebook

The 13/05/2015 I ordered slimming products from Cleanse Plus and delivery was due 2 weeks later but by 19/06/2015 I had not received my order and cancelled it. I was told it will take 10 working days before I would receive my refund. I have since been calling and e-mailing Cleanse Plus only to be told that they have refunded my money but when I asked for proof of payment they could not provide it and in return asked me to provide them with copies of my statements which I reluctantly did. 6/11/2015 I received an e-mail stating that they see I had not received the refund and told me it would take 7 working days. 18/11/2015 I e-mailed again to follow up on my refund which I did again 24/11/2015. 27/11/2015 Alexander Telow responsed saying I should have received a refund e-mail, who cares about a refund e-mail!! I want the money back in my account. 9/12/2015 I was once again told to submit copies of my bank statements as their system shows that a refund was paid 19/06/2015. So uo until today 14/12/2015 , I have not received a product nor my money back. Be careful when deciding to purchase from these online companies via facebook.
