No product receive - automatic deducations from AC

Good Day, <br> <br> On the 29-09-2014 I would a product, however to date (23-02-2015) nothing was received. Several debit orders (was done - monthly) still no product. Last monthly Kelly managed to reverse one of the debit order (appr. value R1200.00). Now accordingly to Nicole I have to still wait several days, before someone return a call.<br> <br> I do not understand:-<br> 1. No follow-up to ask if items were delivered.<br> 2. After my numerous contacts - still have not received any product <br> 3. Debit orders continued - still have not received any product <br> 4. Requested cancellation - still have not received any product - cancelled only ONE month reversed.<br> 5. Requesting pay back - still have not received any product - have to wait 7-10 days <br> 6. Agent who assisted me - very unprofessional - just like the company - run debit orders - no PRODUCT.
