DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OUT KNOWING

I have called the call centre 3 times about this order that i placed online. I haven't received my order and now they debit my credit card with an amount of R1249 at 21:15 at night on Saturday. I then called my bank to find out what this is and they tell these people have put fixed debit orders onto my account! I paid the special price it was advertised at plus the shipping fees and i haven't received anything plus they charging my account again and again! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT IT NOW!
