Breach of contract - no delivery - refund demanded

On 30 December, I ordered and paid for Carcinia Cambogia - order no: 859934 - R2415.00 and Cleanse catalyst plus - order no: 859936 - R2409.00. Delivery promised within 7 - 14 business days. No help from call centre - every time I call, their systems are down and they are not able to assist... very conveniently. I want a full refund, as I have not received any product as from 30 December - IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH THAT YOU HAVE R4824.00 OF MY MONEY. I don't want your product any more, I want my money back - TODAY
