PAYMENT WAS MADE, GOODS NOT DELIVERED

Saw and article advertising for free Garcinia Essentials starter pack and only delivery charges to be paid, little did I realise the charges was over R1000-00. I received an email to say my shipment is on the way, that was i n 18 August 2015 and today 15 September 2015 I have received no shipment and no correspondence
