Supplements orderd on web not received

I have placed my order for Pure Garcinia Combogia Extract pills on the 8th January 2016 and although they said that I will receive the products within 14 working days, I still haven't received my products. The money were deducted from my account the same day I placed the order and I am sending mails and phoning them on a weekly bacis. This is very disappointning. Is there anybody else who haven't received their products? Is this a ****?
