SHOCKING SERVICE

I placed an order on 10/3/15 and paid a fortune for my goods as the website isn't user friendly - you cannot select the product or quantity u want. <br> I sill haven't received my goods or a tracking number, even though the website states this would be provided within 24hrs. I have called every week for an update and keep getting the same stupid call centre which is NOT in ZA. They claim they have requested a replacement order on 30/3/15 which i also haven't received. <br> It doesn't help you reply on the email address cause no one gets back to you!!<br> I am GATVOL now!! I want my stuff or my money back. How the hell long can this take?
