OVER CHARGED FOR GOODS AND STILL WAITING FOR IT!!

In January this month I ordered 1 month trail bottle of Garcinia Direct and HerbalX Direct Cleanse I was only suppose to pay for shipping that was just under R200. In February I was charged for the full amount which was deducted first on the 2nd then again on the 24th both amounts over R1000.00. In April I still did not receive anything and after numerous calls and promises that my account was escalated to the finance department which I never receive any feedback.In July the helpful agent explained that I was not going to get a refund because the company that debited my account no longer worked for them so the was no way to refund me. She then processed a refund of 3 bottles each which to my notification states shipment was on the 13 July. It is now the 1st September and I still have not received anything. I was told to track it via our post office which is impossible as they do not have a tracking number and I cannot use the order number. I called the customer service this morning and told to wait another 3 weeks in the hope that the post office will send me a notice.The agent assured me that the products would be shipped straight to my address not the post office for this reason.
