Non delivered goods and no refund

I am beyond exasperated. I found this product online 9 March 2015 and decided to make a purchase.I was expecting it beginning of April and when I did not receive it I made one of the many calls to the annoying call centre. It is an 031 number so at least it wasnt an international call. They apologised as they always do in their irritating accent and I was told it would arrive the next week. It didnt so I asked for a refund which they said would be processed in 3-5 days. I have called every week for a month and now have been on your Hello Peter site to realise I am one of the many fools who has fallen for this and it has cost me R1500 let alone all the phone calls and time I have wasted. I hope you can help me resolve this and get my hard earned money back.
