Money Taken and no product delivered

I purchased Garcinia Cambogia and the colon cleanser on line to help she'd a few kilos. The price on the website was in rands advertising what I thought was 5 bottles at R450. Once the order was placed more than R4500 was deducted from my credit card. I immediately called the number to advise that I had made a mistake with the order. I initially asked them to cancel the entire order which they were not prepared to do. They then offered me a 50% refund so that I could still try the product. It has been a month since the money was taken and I have still not received my 50% discount or my product as promised. Even the tracking number given to me cannot be traced. To everyone else who sees these ads and then gets ******* like I did, rather approach your local pharmacy than use any of these on line sites to purchase products. Still hoping that I can get my money back.
