Dont buy from this company!!!

I ordered from this company. Their terms read 7-14 days delivery. Two months later, still no product received although they deducted my money immediately. They refuse to refund my money. Every time i speak to them, they tell me they will mark my parcel for priority. They will only refund me once i return the parcel back to them. How am i suppose to return something which i have not received ? Don't trust this company!!!
