order cancelled

On the 16 January I ordered the sample and asked what the price of the product is. I was called by an agent and Iasked her the full price and I informed her it was too expensive she must please cance the order. On the 21st I sent another email and asked them not to send the parcel until I had tried a sample. on the 31st January I received a shipping order for the sample and the price of R55.00. I only read the email on the 10 February and rep**** for them to cancel all orders and remove me from their mailing list. Today the 17 February they deducted R1080.36 from my account. I called them and was tole they would only refund me 50%. I have not received anything and do not feel that I should have to pay for something I have never received.
