Gargesure - Bad bad service, the worst

I am disappointed on how my claim was handled by Garagesure, particularly with the actions of Dumisani Sibanda. My claim was rejected based on unclear CCTV footage, yet I was never contacted to clarify what happened or to provide additional context.

To make matters worse, Dumisani requested additional evidence from me, even though it is his responsibility to request the necessary footage from his client BP Morninghill. There are other cameras that could provide clearer footage, and instead of properly investigating this, Dumisani has chosen to place the burden on me.

This entire experience reflects poorly on Garagesure and demonstrates a lack of professionalism.
