Bad bad service, the worst

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and diligence shown by your company and Dumisani Sibanda in rejecting my claim. My claim was dismissed based on unclear and inconclusive CCTV footage, which does not provide a clear view of the incident. Even more concerning is that no effort was made to properly investigate, call or see me or ask BP for other footage from other cameras. You asked me for more evidence while you can get that from your client. I feel as though I am being taken advantage of. I expect a prompt response and a clear plan of action moving forward.
