Rogues Rogues Techs from Garage Door Repairs 24/7 serviced my garage door on the 16/7/2025. I did an EFT payment R1042.50. Due to a technical problem I could not print the proof of payment. I then paid the tech a cash amount of R1092.50 and he promised to get the amount of R1042 reversed to my bank account. This to date has not happened. I made numerous calls to A Mellisa who was going to speak to someone who is responsible to do the reversal. This was not forthcoming and I then requested a few times to speak to this person but told I cannot speak to this person directly ( sounds very fishy) Yesterday 8/8 I Spoke to Melissa and requested to speak to the owner and was told that he was not in. I asked for his number and was told that they cannot give his number They have displayed roguesh behavior. I hate to think if they would honour their promise to come and re repair problem. I would appreciate if someone can advise what further steps I can take to recover my monet
