Should have trusted my instincts

We recently needed to have our Old Garage door replaced. We contacted this Company they came out and did an assessment and quoted us accordingly. We arranged for Installation to be done in the Afternoon, my husband rushed home from work to meet them @ 14:30 they did not pitch, after 18:00 we suggested that they come through the next day. We were promised they would be there @ 15:00 again my husband rushed home again they did not pitch. When I got home around 17:00 I phoned @ and was upset, they only arrived after 18:00 they kept working until just after 23:00... and had to come back again the next day to complete the job. Any way the job was then completed. We then had some very heavy rains (last week) , my husband went to open the Garage door on the Thursday Afternoon. The Garage door then jammed, the motor& door collided,with the door doing alot of damage to the motor. This job is still under Guarantee. I called and sent pictures of the damage that had been done. We made arrangements for them to come out on Monday (My husband waited the whole day) again they did not pitch when I did communicate with them I was told that they would only be able to come out late... Once again we suggested that they come out the following day once again we waited we finally got a whatsap in the early evening notifying us that would only be there @ 20:00. When I got upset I was told that they must wait for me to get home, despite that fact that arrangements had been made for my husband to be there and he had been waiting for them. I should have listened to my instincts when they 1st let us down, I still asked if this was the service that they were giving us (by always being late) what kind of workmanship would be delivered. I have now had to contact another contractor to assist us and the costs to repair the Door and the Motor are very high given the poor quality of workmanship ( according to the new contractor) . I am so very very disappointed with the service we have received from this Company
