Garage Door 24

Roland from Garage Door 24 was very quick to assist me to replace a broken spring on my garage door, and even quicker to stick a hefty invoice under my nose. But when I phoned him to come and re-adjust the tension (the door opens very slowly and the motor takes a lot of strain) he had 100 excuses and repeatedly promised (note: promised ONLY) to come and solve the problem. Now he does not even reply to my pleas anymore.
