Gate motor failed within a week of installation, then failed again 6 months later. Their technician seems to genuinely struggle with correct gate motor installation, and his explanation for what went wrong changes depending on how technically you push back — it's always something else's fault, never his. When the motor came back for a warranty repair, they refused to install it unless I paid extra for "additional work" — despite this being their guarantee to honour, not mine to fund. After multiple missed deadlines and zero follow-through, I had to bring in another company to sort it out properly. If you value a company that actually stands behind its work, look elsewhere.
