non delivery of the purchased door

Bought the double garage door in Nov 2025, door was supposed be installed in November until today April 2026 there is no door and these guys are not answering my calls. I have reported the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman and these guys failed to respond to them either. I have never heard so many stories when all I am asking for is my door or refund. If you’re going to use your last money please go to a reputable store, I regret clicking on their website. The company seem to be now operating under Bigtime Tech
