five stars for time wasting

If you looking for time wasters these are your people! firstly they give you a time to come out and give a quote and show up 4 hours later! once you accept the quote and receive a date and time for installation, they still don't show up on that given time either, called Andre (who i dealt with) and he had no idea about an installation but yet i have the email containing all information, planning is just as useless! Our personal time obviously has no value to them!
