They provided good service in repairing my faulty garage door in November, but when I again experienced problems with the garage door that is still under warranty, it is a completely different story! Initially my messages were ignored, then I was promised a date and time, but they simply did not show. Was provided with excuses for this and promised that they will definitely sort me out today - again it did not happen. Clearly customer service is of no priority for this company
