Exorbitant and overpriced. Not worth it

We found this company on the internet. They came the next day and repaired/replaced/serviced the pully mechanism on 2 garage doors. They did not provide us with a quote upfront in line with Consumer Protection Act but we've had these repaired before and subsequently got pricing for the work they did. We were expecting it to be in the region of R7k-R10k and they have charged us over R20k for the job. The job is good but the price is exorbitant.
