Our bulider bought two garage doors from that company. When we moved in both doors didn't work properly. The builder called them to fix it and they did one door, but that door was still very noisy and not working perfect. The other door got stuck halfway. He called again and the owner told him to read the contract where it's mentioned you have them to service the garage doors every 6 month ( and pay for it ). So, we ended up with new, not working garage doors. Avoid that company. That's a ******* and you end up with permanent costs. Never experienced that before. We'll now use a "normal" garage door company to get the doors working. Unbelievable !
