Compliment of good service - Garage door repair urgency

My garage door was giving us problems that it didn't want to open and close properly. I made an appointment for Monday whereas they were very busy on the Friday. Next minute the garage door cable snapped, door was hanging off the bracket on the other side. The sectional garage door is the Caravan size which nearly feel on our vehicle. My husband put a step ladder on the side of the garage door that was hanging in mid air. I phoned the company and spoke to Tammy again. I explained the predicament tgat the garage door is in no position to open or close. Tammy contacted me and said that the owner John will be by us by 12:00 and fixed the garage door. It wasn't even a few hours before he came. I never expected them to come out so quickly even though they were so busy. They really took the customer needs and situations into account.

What a great service, friendly and always so helpful. I would recommend then to anybody. They do a great job as well.
