Continuous Bad Service Delivery & Support

Garage Door Supplies Pietermaritzburg is run by an absent owner. He is either in Portugal or in Ballito where he now resides. His installation staff do terrible quality work. I had to employ an independent welder at my cost to fix the bad installation work that was initially done. The owner was not interested. The staff continually tell lies, and the owner aggressively defends the staff. The quality of the back up service is almost non existent, the staff lie about having ordered spare parts, and the favourite saying is " our staff are working out of town today." also their price for repairs and call outs , if you can get them to site is very high. The turn around time for emergencies is ridiculously long. I would most definitely not recommend dealing with this company. They simply don't care.
